RETURNS OVERVIEW

• Customers have 7 days, from the date of delivery, to request a refund. You may use the form below to request a refund.

• Once we receive and review your return request, we will send you a Return Authorization Form. Please complete this form, place it into the box with your item, and mail return the item to us. We do not pay for return shipping.

 RETURN GUIDELINES

• Items must be shipped back to us within 5 business days of return approval.

• Returned items must be unused and undamaged.

• A Return Authorization Form, must be included in your package. Returns received without supporting documentation will delay the return process.

• All items will undergo inspection before final authorization for refund. You will be notified via email whether your return is approved or rejected.

•  If it is determined that an item is not eligible for refund, items will be shipped back to recipient at their own cost. You will receive emailed instructions for reshipping rejected items, as well as the total reshipping fee. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE RESHIPPING FEE IN 7 DAYS, WE WILL DONATE ALL ITEMS TO CHARITY.
